360 Review For Teachers

You are being asked to answer several questions that will help our teachers grow in self-awareness, identify strengths and weaknesses, and serve as a better teacher and worker for God, for the school and greater community. Thank you for investing your time in this important process!

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER

  • The 360 Review is not a chance to retaliate, hurt someone’s feelings, or set the record straight. That would not be "speaking the truth in love".
  • The person (reviewee) you are providing feedback for is seeking to understand both their strengths and weaknesses as a leader. It will be helpful if you will comment in descriptive and specific ways so he/she can understand from your words what it is like to work together and/or interact with him/her.
  • Please note that your complete comment will appear on the report for the person to read, but your name will not be associated in any way with the answer. Your answers will be confidential and combined with others so that they cannot be identified. We find recipients are most greatly helped when they can read your exact words.

Our desire is that feedback will be given as a gift and received as a gift. Please remember to include strengths and positives as well as areas where the person can grow or improve.  It is important to note that the 360 Review process is not a substitute for going directly to the person and speaking the truth in love. Helpful feedback is truthful and grace-filled at the same time. As you prepare to give feedback, don't forget to pray!
